4. Information Sharing, Vendors, and Data Segregation

LifeSaver does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

All information collected in connection with the LifeSaver Safety Program™ is segregated by customer and by Authorized Vendor. LifeSaver does not share customer data, participant information, or training records between different clients or between different Authorized Vendors.

Information may be shared only:

  • With the specific client organization that engaged the LifeSaver Safety Program™

  • With the Authorized Vendor responsible for delivering services to that specific client

  • With instructors or administrative personnel directly involved in that specific program

  • When required by law, regulation, or legal process

Under no circumstances is customer or participant data shared across unrelated organizations or vendors.

5. Vendor Data Responsibilities

Authorized Vendors are responsible for safeguarding the information of their own customers and participants in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.

Authorized Vendors are required to:

  • Use customer and participant data solely for program delivery and related administrative purposes

  • Maintain appropriate safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access or disclosure

  • Refrain from using LifeSaver Safety Program™ data for unrelated marketing, resale, or distribution

  • Respect confidentiality obligations related to client sites, employees, and training discussions

LifeSaver does not assume responsibility for the independent data practices of Authorized Vendors beyond the scope of the LifeSaver Safety Program™.

6. Instructor‑Led and On‑Site Training Considerations

LifeSaver Safety Program™ training is delivered on‑site and instructor‑led. During training:

  • No audio or video recording is conducted without prior notice and consent

  • Site‑specific discussions and observations are treated as confidential

  • Training observations are used solely to improve safety awareness and training effectiveness

LifeSaver does not conduct employee evaluations for disciplinary purposes and does not provide individual performance assessments to employers unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

7. Data Protection and Security

LifeSaver uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Safeguards may include:
